Tactical Energy provides electrical services, maintenance, repairs, installations, inspections, testing, upgrades, project works and related services.

This may include disclosure to solicitors, mercantile agents, debt collection agencies, insurers, courts, tribunals, commercial credit reporting bodies and other recovery professionals where permitted by law.

For business customers, Tactical Energy may disclose overdue commercial account information to commercial credit reporting bodies or industry credit risk databases where permitted by law.

Tactical Energy will not require a customer to pay debt collection costs where recovery of those costs is prohibited by law.
