New energy technology

Solar, battery and EV charger work may use specific documents.

The general terms do not replace any separate contract issued for solar, battery, EV charger or other new energy technology work. If separate documentation is issued through Pylon or another quoting platform, that documentation should be reviewed before accepting the work.

  • Quotes should set out the scope, inclusions, costs, timing and important limitations.
  • System performance, finance, rebates or incentives should only be relied on when provided in job-specific documentation.
  • Customers can ask questions before approving a quote or contract.
